New Year’s Hair Resolutions

1. Put down the boxed drugstore hair color.

Here’s a “Before and After” of built up box color (Left) and the hair color I created to add dimension and lighten things up.(Right)
Boxed drugstore hair color is not good for you. Walk away and dial 574-272-1225. Ask for Adrienne and book your next Hair Coloring or Hair Painting service.

2. Regular Haircuts

Here’s my recommendation for your perfect haircut. This is for regular maintence on your fabulous new haircut that you’re in love with.

They say, “The shorter the hair the harder they stare.” If your going to wear short hair, wear it well . Scheduling, depending on how short your hair, is every 3 to 5 weeks.

This length is a long Bob Haircut or shoulder length hair. Perfect haircut maintence for this length is 6 to 8 weeks.

If your hair is anywhere between just-past-your-shoulders and your belt line, your in the long haircut category.

Haircut maintence is usually every 10 to 12 weeks.

3. Use Great Hair Care Products

Always follow your stylists’ recommendations for your perfect hair care regimen.

Always start with a great foundation. Your three basic essentials are your shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in hair oil or milk.

My favorite go-to brands, behind-the-chair, are Davines and Neuma Beauty. They never fail and are tried, tested, and true products that are great for all hair types.

Happy New Hairs!
